You Die

This is a game where you die.  

You are a cube, traversing a dangerous cave, filled with spikes.

You can rewind time if you die, but your body stays where it was.   You can use that to your advantage =)

CONTROLS:

Left click :  Die.

Right click : Obliterate  a shiny obstacle (purple particle effects).

Right click (on dead cube) :  Obliterate dead cube.

POTIONS:

Purple:  Purple potions disable jumping.  Quite a nuisance!

Blue:  Blue potions will erase any effects you currently have and revert you to normal.

Pink:   Pink potions will allow you to control gravity;  instead of jumping, it reverses the direction of gravity on the player.

In case you pile up too many bodies and block the exit, you can right click (RMB) on the cube to obliterate it with a very fancy shader I spent many hours of my life on.   It was worth it though!  I learned so much through this game jam, after all, it was my first game jam!

Please Note:  There is no title or end screen!  The game ends when it fades to black.

This game is not complete (read below), but it does still have a very long level, which makes up for it, in my opinion.   The music is composed by me, and so are the sprites, as well as the quickly-made end-sound when you finish the game.  Despite my failure to make a full game in the true sense of the word,  I learned so much about game development and is still a fun little game.

Sadly, due to a few errors that were caused by Unity updating to a new version, I needed to reset a lot of my progress and I was not able to make a full game, with many levels.   Instead, there is a single, longer level, that I hope you enjoy!
